Welcome to Puff n' Go. By accessing our website (puffngo.co) or enrolling in our Puff Pass loyalty program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services.

1. Strict Age Requirement (21+)

You must be at least 21 years of age to view this website, enroll in our loyalty program, or purchase products from our physical retail location. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store purchases and to redeem any online reservations or rewards. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid age verification.

2. The Puff Pass Loyalty Program

The Puff Pass is a free rewards program offered to our customers. By participating, you agree to the following:

Points Accumulation: Members earn 1 Puff Point for every $1 spent in-store. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Tobacco Exclusion: By law and store policy, Puff Points cannot be earned on, nor redeemed for, any tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and loose tobacco).
Program Modification: Puff n' Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Puff Pass program, including altering point values or reward tiers, at any time without prior notice.

3. Online Vault Reservations

Our website offers the ability to place temporary "holds" on specific inventory (Vault Drops).

A reservation is a temporary hold, not a completed sale.
Reserved items will be held securely behind the counter for a maximum of two (2) hours from the time the request is submitted.
If the item is not claimed and paid for in-store within the two-hour window, the hold will be canceled, and the item will be returned to the sales floor.
Management reserves the right to cancel any hold suspected of fraud, bot activity, or abuse of the reservation system.

4. Product Disclaimer

All products sold by Puff n' Go are intended for adult use only. The statements made regarding specific products, including supplements and extracts (such as Kratom or 7-OH), have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use all products entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Puff n' Go shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products purchased in-store.
